Tea & Chocolate Mania

I have conducted a Tea & Chocolate pairing show as part of The Coffee and Chocolate Exhibition that took place in December 2016. The show’s purpose was to introduce the concept of food and tea pairing by allowing the visitors of the exhibition to try certain teas that were paired with different flavors of chocolate and to see the taste difference before and after having the tea.
